Silage Cutters
Bayum’s processing machinery is designed to transform raw agricultural produce into higher-value products through efficient and controlled mechanical processes. In partnership with LUMA Agrícolas and Palini Alves, we provide equipment that delivers consistent output, adaptability, and high operational efficiency.
Hammer mills, for instance, operate with high-speed rotors capable of processing between 300 kilograms to over 3 tons per hour, depending on configuration. Interchangeable sieve systems allow operators to control particle size, making the equipment suitable for both fine milling and coarse grinding applications. Grain mixers are designed to achieve mixing uniformity levels exceeding 95%, ensuring consistent feed composition and product quality.
Silage cutters process forage materials such as maize stalks and grasses at capacities ranging from 1 to 10 tons per hour, producing uniform particle sizes that improve digestibility for livestock. Maize shellers and separation systems are engineered to achieve shelling efficiencies above 98% while minimizing grain breakage. These machines are constructed for continuous operation, incorporating heavy-duty components that withstand high mechanical stress while maintaining consistent performance.
By integrating these processing solutions, farmers and agribusinesses are able to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and significantly enhance the value of their agricultural output.
